Use the verified ABHA profile to link the current HIMS patient. Save the final linkage in your main HIMS database.

2. Patient ABHA authentication and linkage

Enter either an ABHA number or ABHA address. The patient receives an OTP; permitted profile details load automatically after successful verification.

Before go-live: verify the ABHA session belongs to the selected patient, confirm patient consent, and grant this action only to authorised registration staff.

Administrator override for identity mismatch

Use only after reviewing the HIMS and ABHA identity documents. A reason is mandatory and permanently audited.
